for a FREE kinesiology consultation:
I come from a background in Psychology; I worked with children with learning difficulties, AD(H)D and Autism for a number of years. I am experienced in working with sound and light therapies and have a Neuro-Sensory Practitioner Diploma. I also completed studies in stress consultancy and nutrition. I became a kinesiology practitioner in 2011 and since then developed a real passion for working with little people. I especially enjoy helping infants and toddlers.
Kinesiology can be safely used from birth and it is a great, natural way to keep children healthy and balanced. During consultations and treatments I take into account all aspects of your child’s health, emotions and physical well-being as well as their nutrition and neurological organisation
As it is not possible to muscle test very little children, I use surrogate testing. This means that I test the parent while they are holding their children or are in physical contact with them.
With Kinesiology techniques children (and adults) can release emotional, nutritional and structural blocks that are inhibiting their natural ability to be healthy, happy and toxin-free.
Parents bring their children for kinesiology treatments for a variety of reasons, including physical issues, such as nutritional imbalances, food sensitivities, skin problems as well as unresolved emotional issues.
Kinesiology helped my family to a great extent with our toxin-free journey.
The first appointment will take approximately 90-120 minutes, follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
Prior to the first session, all new clients will be required to fill in a comprehensive medical history questionnaire.
Any supplements recommended during your session will be charged separately.
Once a month I am able to offer a low cost clinic day for all ages. It is on the last Friday of each month. Please get in touch if you are interested.
ASK: Association of Systematic Kinesiology is the recognised accrediting body for Systematic Kinesiology. Being a member of ASK means that I am trained to a high standard in Systematic Kinesiology and follow a professional code of conduct.
SAK: I also trained with SAK (The School of Advanced Kinesiology). Their courses are ASK, (Association of Systematic Kinesiology) accredited and incorporateall of the KNOS (Kinesiology National Occupation Standards) plus additional material to meet the professional standards of ASK. The SAK Syllabus is based on the original research of Dr. George Goodheart, and is regularly reviewed and updated to include new and innovative techniques.
NSP(UK): I am an independent reseller of Natures sunshine products. Nature’s Sunshine has built its reputation on purity, quality and efficacy. NSP tests for foreign materials and for micro-contamination, such as salmonella and E.coli, yeast and mold as well as heavy metal contamination, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and PCB’s.
NSP products are pure and safe: Organic growers strive to offer crops free of chemical additives. But even organic material requires extensive testing. An organic label isn’t a guarantee of safety – an NSP label, backed by extensive testing is. Nature’s Sunshine has earned an enviable reputation worldwide because it simply won’t compromise on quality.
